The OGF has some really great resources - particularly discussion boards - to help you find the hot bites. Topics are focused on Ohio in general and there is a very active area for Lake Erie. The Down River Walleye Federation (DWF) has a fishing report online where members send in their latest report. They do a lot to help promote and improve fishing in the local area. Monthly meeting include a guest speaker, like Lance Valentine, that will share techniques to help you to become a better walleye fisherman.

The WBSA does a great job of providing information on the latest hot spots in the western basin of Lake Erie. They offer free reports and also have areas of the site that are restricted to members only. WBSA also has a list of historical fishing reports that help you see patterns from last year.
